Kily Lotto is a software created to assist you in lottery playing. It is for the active type of lottery in which you have to choose an amount of numbers from maximum possible ones.
This tool can help you build your own lottery ticket. For this purpose, in the program there are three methods for calculating the numbers: "Heaps", "7+1" and "Mixed". You can choose the numbers not to include in the calculation process, you can set the built-in filter from low to high (best), to refine the results, and it can calculate as many variants as you specify.
Kily Lotto has a database of Lottos from many countries, and you have the option of adding new Lottos or modify the properties of the existing ones. Adding a new one in the database will result in a request to the program's update center, and it will appear in the list 24 hours later (at least). There are options of updating data online, for all Lottos listed, but at this point something didn't work when I tried that. After update, the last draw date was 10/02/2005. As an alternative to online updating, you can import data from an MS Excel file.
Kily Lotto can generate statistics of the most drawn numbers in an specified interval of time, and that is very useful for most lotto players. Stats can be exported to an htm, html file.
Pluses: It can import data from Excel files.
Drawbacks / flaws: The update process didn't work as I expected.
In conclusion: A nice application that can guide lotto players.
